I stumbled across this. I can't quite make out what it is so I'm asking for some suggestions. It is rather large at 50mm ( 2 inches) in diameter.  Although, I do see crinoids in the rock I don't think this is a crinoid calyx simply because I've never seen one this large in our area or even this well preserved. I'm figuring some other form of sea life but at that point I run out of ideas. Any thoughts?

 

Found in New Mexico, Sacramento Mountains, Pennsylvanian Beeman formation.

It looks like a crinoid calyx to me.
