Nimravis
Today, I stopped by the DuPage County Fairgrounds fairgrounds for the 2024 ESCONI (Earth Science Club of Northern Illinois) Show. The show runs today and tomorrow and I have to say, it was really busy. The show is great for anyone interested in rocks, minerals or fossils. There were a number of dealers present as well as other things that are managed by ESCONI, such as Silent Auctions, Live Auctions, Kids Corner, Book sales, Demonstrations, etc. Book sales- Kids Corner Silent Auctions- Live Auctions- Demonstrations/ Give always- Displays-
Nimravis
Here is a cool painting that was in the live auction- it was painted by ESCONI member Don Auler who did the drawings for the ESCONI club. Rich @stats is holding it so the bidders can see it. Other random pics of some of the live auction items and silent auction items. The number that you see on these is not a price, it is just the number of the item.

Nimravis
I purchased some books that may end up in an auction to support the forum. I did get this piece of Agatized botryoidal coral from Florida, possibly Georgia in one of the many silent auction tables. I always love these pieces. 6

stats
Another art piece by Don Auler. This one isn't for sale. It was done on a slab of agate. Cheers, Rich Edited March 17 by stats

Nimravis
John @Sacha it is a nice piece of coral, but does not compare to the pieces I received from you.
