Those look like the remains of modern Serpulid worm tubes.

@Fossildude19  What features help indicate modern rather than fossil tubes here?  I've never seen one of these before. They look really cool.

Well it is difficult to say, with certainty. There is a fair chance they could be fossils, but, most of the ones I have seen tend to be modern.

Better pictures might indicate which they are.

Pictures should be well lit, (outside in daylight) taken with the item on a flat surface, rather than in hand.
