giant turtle coprolite (?)

This thing came to a friend of mine with the accompanying label, identifying it as a coprolite from a giant turtle, provenience "Washington" (I assume State, not DC). Can anyone please confirm or deny the identification? Online photos of the real item look rather different, and while I have no reason to doubt the seriousness of the selling shop, there is a strong possibility for the fossil and the label having been mismatched. Thanks in advance

These are largely thought to NOT be coprolites any longer.
