KSBasque Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 A little fossilized jaw section I found on Kansas River sandbar. Has tiny stones stuck in it that I don’t want to remove. jpc Posted April 25 Share Posted April 25 Notice the ridge inside each alveolus, see n in the first photo just above that sand grain stuck in there. That is what tells me this is rabbit, not rodent.
