In future, you will want to specify where it was found and place that information in the body of the post as most people miss the tags. To that end, Ontario is quite large and geologically diverse, so providing at least county-level will be important. Also, do avoid taking photos while holding the specimen, and provide a ruler or tape measure for scale.

Probably a heliolitid coral. The other shape is most likely a crinoid stem.

Fisherite seems to come to mind when looking at the first few pictures

Could be. I'm not sure the preservation is good enough to be certain.
