Asfla Moroccan Teeth - Plesiosaur?

Hi,

 

A batch of Moroccan teeth here from Asfla. Are these Plesiosaur?

 

10 teeth here. All around 1 inch plus

Hi Jack,

 

Yes, these are plesiosaur teeth. Most of them are polycotylid, with one recognizable elasmosaurid...

This one here is a pliosaur, by the way. You can recognise it by the nature of its striae. Just spotted it while iterating over the photographs again:

This one here is a pliosaur, by the way. You can recognise it by the nature of its striae. Just spotted it while iterating over the photographs again:
