Can anyone please help me understand what I am finding?

I stumbled across this amazing place, but I have no idea what I am looking at. Just looking for a little knowledge because I can't afford to attend a college, as I am too busy collecting rocks!

These are not fossils, but rather various stones, some of which have crystals in them, so you should get this transferred to Rocks and Minerals. The last photo shows either calcite or quartz. Calcite would fizz in acid, quartz would not. Posting photos of each stone from different points of view would perhaps simplify the determination, but please don't post too many stones at once, since this would be somewhat overwhelming. It would also help if you could describe the location.

I think the crystals are quarter because I don’t see the fissile plane characteristic of calcite, and they are photographed too far away for me to see the crystalline form. The vinegar test will tell us more.

Lots of cobbles or concretions in the second photo. Not seeing any fossils, though.

I mentioned above that calcite would fizz in acid and quartz would not. Vinegar is a weak acid, so drip a few drops on the crystals.
