I came across this in Oregon, and it appears to look like a skull. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Please be more precise about the location. This would help us to determine the stratigraphic range, which in turn narrows down the possibilities. Oregon is a pretty big place. Also please describe the circumstances under which this was found.

No bone texture, and no skull morphology.
Looks like weathered limestone, to me.

I agree with Tony.  This looks a lot like a chalcedony nodule.
