Fossil?

Hello,

 

I found this around 25 years ago on a beach on Long Island in New York.  I have no idea what it is.  it looks like a fossilized bone.  Any ideas?

Sorry, not seeing a fossil here. I strongly resembles bog iron except for the color but I still think it's purely geological rather than paleontological.

iron stone ,, the multiple folds dont look like bone to me.
