Some claim that this is not a Chubutensis tooth, but is this a Megalodon tooth? Chubutensis teeth?

This fossil is being purchased because it is a large Chubutensis tooth. The cusp is not clearly visible, but the seller says that not all Chubutensis teeth have clear cusps. The discovery is in Beaufort, South Carolina.
