New Members 3RZUL13 Posted May 7 New Members Share Posted May 7 Hi everyone, I told y’all I’d probably be back eventually. Same place—far northwest San Antonio, TX. In my backyard, around 4 or so feet down, from the same ‘bedrock’ I’ve been ‘farming’ for a couple of years now… So, any ideas what sort of limestone this one might be? Thanks in advance. Rockwood
I don't think it can be called a fossil. Sometimes limestone has shapes in it that look as if they were inspired by shells of some sort. This could be one of those.
Ludwigia
I'm not seeing any fossils here. Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/

Seemingly the kind they build with: https://www.expressnews.com/news/local/history-culture/article/Geology-guided-San-Antonio-s-history-11044229.php And agreed that this looks to be sterile limestone without evidence of any fossils.
