I'm afraid the suggestive Big Brook concretions have claimed another victim.

Concretion is also a possibility I just thought that maybe it was a tooth that was severely weathered and the enamel was worn off overtime.

More of a probability , than possibility at Big Brook. The brook is full of look alike concretions.  :(
