Is this a tooth of a shark or something else?

Hi forum, your help in id this please.
Is this a tooth of a shark?
unknown origin

weight: 328 gr.

size: ~ 3.2 cm X 7.6 cm X 2 cm
I notice also a kind of broken small rod in the middle of it.
In the UV light this rod, its broken part reacts strongly (please see photo).
As always any help really appreciated !

No enamel, or tooth morphology.

No tooth shape. No root, or root texture.
Looks like a piece of rock, to me.
