THobern
A couple of years ago I sold a pathological tooth, and regretted it immediately. It was a 3 1/2" tooth from South Carolina. However, I recently replaced it with a tooth with a similar pathology. It's 4 5/8" long and has a lot of twists to the blade. I took a lot of photographs, but it was hard to capture the shape of the tooth. It also has decent preservation and a great bourlette.
isurus90064
A very special tooth indeed .. I know exactly what you mean when you say you had to photograph it a number of ways to show the pathology .. I have a number of pathological megs and it's not easy to show odd proportions, strange twists etc. Beautiful tooth! THobern
I certianly know what you mean. Looking at it in my hand, I see that the photographs still make it seem flatter than it really is.
