barefootgirl
Great finds Dan as usual. I love the detail on those things. In formal logic, a contradiction is the signal of defeat: but in the evolution of real knowledge, it marks the first step in progress toward victory. fossiladdict
Very cool. Love the detail as well. I like the little ones but seem to find mostly big ones around here. Fossils are simply one of the coolest things on earth--discovering them is just marvelous! Makes you all giddy inside!

tracer
if'n ya'll gonna come poaching over to mah neck of the woods, remember things are different here. don't be 'spectin' folks to get all friendly when you show up in they area, and don't ask them "what's cookin'?" and if'n you starts to smelling ammonia or ether, best get on down the road... Uncle Siphuncle
Actually I was welcomed by the local folk. You see, nobody ain't never taught these boys the art of vector physics, free body diagrams, and force and moment equations as they relate to tying stuff in the back of their peecup trucks....I ended up helping a couple dudes lift their exploded deer blind back onto their trailer, and another guy lift his dog house back into his...in the end neither chose to tie anything down on the second try...go figure...
