bdevey
I took a little drive to find a promising site for a future hunt in a upper eocene area. Not having any luck I decided to Get out and walk along the road and search the drainage ditch. At first I walked right by this rock thinking the two marks I could see {because It was coverd in mud} were from old road construction. But than I relized the coler was wrong to be scrapes. And turns out to be some sort of branch impressions. not the greatest find but i like it. I also found some 2 to 3 inch woods. I was also suprised to find this opal encrusted rock. Cant wait to go back!
