jsw
I was wondering if anyone knew what the collecting conditions were like at Capitola Beach. I'm considering driving up there for a weekend sometime soon and was wondering what the condition of the beach was after the storms. Thanks in advance. - Josh

I was visiting my girlfriend on New Years day and the sand was pretty high even at low tide. There wasn't alot of rock exposed. FFK If only my teeth are so prized a million years from now! jsw
Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if the storm were enough to clear the sand away or not. - Josh
Boesse
The sand level isn't terribly low - but there are still plenty of beautiful inverts to collect, so go for it! Bobby
jsw
Thanks for the response. I've been anxious to go collecting again so I'll probably head up there sometime soon before I start getting bogged down with mid-terms. I'll be sure to post pictures if I do.
