Whether it's Croc or dolphin or what I can't say. Guest bmorefossil Posted July 20, 2008 Share Posted July 20, 2008 looks like a fish jaw to me, fish jaws are very interesting, they seem hard but as they wear down they really fall apart quick, the teeth on the other hand are a little stronger and last longer, so as the bone wears it gets hallowed out and the teeth keep the bone together. this could explain why it seems hallow, its just where the bone is hallowed out.
