oilshale
Nice fish, but I don't believe this being a Rhynchodercetis. I think this fish belongs to the Syngnathiformes. The name "Syngnathiformes" means "conjoined-jaws". Syngnathiformes is an order of ray-finned fishes that includes among others pipefishes and seahorses (Syngnathidae), razorfishes (Centriscidae), trumpetfishes (Aulostomidae) and cornetfishes (Fistulariidae). It could be either a pipefish, cornetfish or trumpetfish. All of them have elongated heads with long and slender, tubular snouts; the mouth being small and toothless.
