Fitch
Some of my plant fossils, all from West Virginia. Not very impressive but I hope you still like them. I'll post more later. If you can ID them please do, but you don't have to. Edited August 25, 2011 by Fitch
Fossildude19
Hey FItch, Welcome to the Forum! Looks like a nice collection of Carboniferous era stuff there! I see Calamites, Lepidodendron, and Neuropteris, perhaps? Nice finds, thanks for sharing them! Are your hunting areas nearby to where you live? Fitch
Sharks teeth and fish, again not to impressive. The smaller single fish fossil is the only one I found (in Wyoming), the others I purchased.

Plantguy
Hi Fitch, enjoyed seeing your collection, especially the examples of the Lepidodendrons! I have a few West Virginia coal age plants also that I bought a while back and some are the favorites in my collection. It looks like a fantastic place to collect for those kinds of fossils. Thanks for sharing! Continued good hunting! Regards, Chris

Fitch
Well it was a disappointing hunt, the only thing I found worth finding was one I couldn't bring home that was in a large rock.
