Mudduck Posted November 5, 2011 Author Share Posted November 5, 2011 Before posting this, I tried looking up on the internet and found a similar piece that stated it was a whale inner ear bone. Here in Charleston, SC we have a lot of phosphate rock which a nodule can look like a fossil. I think this is one of those items. Lesson learned.
