Texas-Tunnel Rat
Looks like some kind of concreation, cant tell. Looks like a sacrfice of light quality for focus quality. TqB
I think it's a fossil, the surface ornament is very regular. Bit of orthocone? Tarquin
Maniraptoran
its either a cephalopod piece or an agatized hot pocket
terriW
an ancient hot pocket perhaps! lol! my little camera just did not want to pick up the texture on the surface and fought me getting something in focus..hence using a direct light to get shadows to help out... the open end shows definite crystal formation that track down the length as it folds over tight... anyhow...it looks to be 'something', just what, is the question! Teres
Looks like your finding a lot of cephalopods out there! That end view shows some concentric form to me, I find them crystalized like that here, maybe an Endocerad?
