flyersfan805
Today is Life and my thirteenth year anniversary!! I have to say it, I'm the luckiest guy in the world. We both had taken the day off and the kids were gone, with a quiet house and nothing pressing what should we find ourselves doing with it... you guessed it fossiling There hasn't been much time lately to get to the creek so we were both really excited to strap on the waders and head down the hill. The day started off slow with not much other than a host of tiger and bull shark teeth in the screen, but got a lot better when we hit a couple of nice Mako's. Once the Mako's started coming so did the chubs. We hit a patch of cowsharks and found our fourth lower Notorynchus symphyseal. And we rounded out the day with some beautiful Hemi's, a couple porpoise teeth and some really cool vert's. I especially like the little vert with the micro tooth in matrix in it. All in all it was another really fun day, and while not traditional for an anniversary we both agreed that other than Jamaica, this one was the best! As always thanks for enjoying the trip with us! Mike. P.S. we thought the snails were cute

Auspex
Happy Anniversary! Henceforth, the thirteenth shall be known as the "Fossil Anniversary" (it is currently, officially, "Lace"; how lame is that?). Lloyd
Grats on 13 years. You are wonderfully blessed, not only for the 13 years, but for finding a partner to share your hobby. My wife also likes to fossil hunt so I'm also blessed that way and, strangely enough, some of our best days have been while hunting to celebrate an anniversary.
