Foshunter Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Found this in the North Sulphur River, not that Baculites from the river are uncommon, it is 7 inches in length and 1/2 inch thick. This is the first one I have found with the living chamber and a portion of the sutures that can be used to ID the specimen, like human fingerprints, of which I don't have the patience to research.
