New Members tinknocker Posted September 25, 2008 New Members Share Posted September 25, 2008 Please help us identify this fossilized claw (?). We think it is from the ancient three toed sloth. Could it be a dinosaur claw or piece of? A tooth? It is hollow and looks to be a part of something larger as it is broken on the wide end. It is approximately 2 inches long, one side is quarter round the other side is flat. The bottom radius is flat and it comes to a fairly sharp point. Gray in color with patches and swirls of dark brown.
