Finally A Little Time This Summer.

Hello to all my FF friends,

It has been way too long since the last post and I truly can't believe I need less than one hand to count how many times I've been out hunting this summer. It seems like this year is flying by and only picking up speed! Every time I think I will have a moment to sneak away literally something will happen to prevent me from attaining my waterlogged, tick infested, leach covered fix...Not yesterday though, my brother came for a visit from PA and as a treat that he always looks forward to we got to sneak away to the creek for an hour or so before he had to head back up. So now at least I have half of what we found to share with all of you. Sorry for the not so great pics, I just didn't have it in me to set up the whole light kit today :) Also I found our first double tipped patho tooth yesterday that is just spectacular!! enjoy.

Mike

Great to see you back. Was wondering. Sent you an email awhile back. Some great finds. Love that patho and that chub is a beauty. Of course the cow shark teeth are awesome as always. I've found some killer gw's lately myself.

thanks guys, it was a lot of fun to get digging again. I saw your GW's Rick, and swear you must be able to smell them with how many outstanding ones that you find! Hopefully the corner is turned and more digging days are in my future:-)

Welcome back, and as we have all come to expect you did it with a bang. As usual the cow's and the chubs are awesome; but that has got to be one of the coolest patho's I have ever seen.

Good to hear from you!

That split-tip is a great find; now I'm trying to figure out what it is...possibly Parotodus benedeni? I'm not good enough to tell...

Great finds, especially the patho! I'm leaning towards retroflexus on that one.

That makes better sense; it looked like a "tail-sitter" in the second pic, so I was confused.
