Vordigern Posted September 8, 2012 Share Posted September 8, 2012 that is a weird shape, but Im with Terry, it looks like a rock. When you first start out you are going to pick up a lot of rocks because water has worn them into a shape that looks like something that theyre not, once you get an eye for what you should be looking for you'll bring home less rocks and more real fossils, though I admit I still bring home a couple for closer examination and about once in awhile they end up being something like my first crab last summer, good luck and if you ever have questions just ask Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
