squalicorax
Hi all, im back for my trip report to the beautiful waldron shale. Thanks again to northern Illinois rock club for getting access again. It was a nice sunny 45 degree day out there on the Indiana plains. Underground hides delicious fossils in a 10 foot layer of shale. This would be my third trip to the quarry and I always seem to have sucess going there. I was lucky to be accompianed by my gf bliss_terror_RIP, evern, Rob Russell, Crinoid Queen, and RCFossils. It was a rag tag group of dirt lovers looking for rare crinoids and delicious trilobites. Well here are the finds. And i hope that the other fossil forumers who were there will post their finds in this thread. The trilobites. Calymene Arctinurus? Crinoids Arm set Calyx Gastropod Bryozoan Enjoy!
