Damaged Juvenile Great White?

Found this tooth in the Green Mill Run (NC), part of a nice and varied set of finds. As expected from Green Mill, the finds ranged over a wide stretch of geological time, from the Cretaceous period through the end of the Tertiary period (Pliocene epoch). Is this small damaged tooth a juvenile great white or something else? Is there too much missing to be sure of an ID?

The shape of the crown and the irregular coarse serrations suggested great white to me.

Thanks.

Besides fossils,

I collect roadcuts,

Stream beds,

Winter beaches:

Places of pilgrimage.
