So far I have done all my hunting in AZ and NM. I would love to find some invertabrites locally.Unfortunatly all of the country around here was blasted to bedrock by muliple ice age floods. There is an occasional Mamoth tusk found here and there but not much else. does anyone know of close locations for inverts? Thanks, T

Where are you (approximately) in SE Washington? I'm sure people will be able to offer suggestions closer at hand than the Olympic Peninsula if they had a bit more to go on.

There's great fossil leaf hunting in Republic, and I recall there are sites around Spokane, though I realize they are not "SE Washington".
