jpbowden
I found this on the Waco trip and could it be the Aristotle's Lantern parts?

Uncle Siphuncle
For those who found these things and don't know what they are, they are the bottom side of Coenholectypus echinoids. Unfortunately the shrink/swell nature of the Del Rio clay tends to explode these echies. Last time I was there I got one inflated and intact, a first for me from that site. Grüße, Daniel A. I should really say echinoid rather than sand dollar. I've never seen an "exploded" one until now.

jpbowden
About two inches across, after looking at some others it appears to be most of the aristotle's lantern.
