KPT
This item was found 12 years ago in tidal drift near the mouth of the Columbia River. Probably an upland grazing area during the ice age or the animal might have been a victum of the ice age floods. The site is located about 100 miles from the Manis find. KPT
About 4.25" long. I can only get my hand about 2/3 of the way around it. I gave it to a local museum so I'm going by memory. How does it compare to your find?
PrimitivePast
I just picked up a similar toe bone from Bone Valley. My fossil may be from a Gomph. http://www.primitivepast.com https://www.facebook.com/PrimitivePast

How does it compare to your find? Mine is a medial Phalanx and size is 3.25 x 3.25 x 5.00 inches long.
