Half Of Small Skull With Horn Probably Juvenile

Hi all found yesterday river bank till deposits , Half of a small skull with horn attached possible not sure if its Ovine or Caprine has to be a small juvenile , the metapodial bone is Ovine im sure

lastly im still struggling with this tooth , modern I know but would like to nail it down

my thoughts are ovine incisor

My guess would be sheep or goat, ask a vet or get "down in the mouth". Apples with apples as they say. Most farmers could provide you with a full skeleton of both for reference (given a little field work) HNY, John

Sheep, goat or perhaps cow, even. Depending on how young it is. I've seen some neonate or fetal bison material this size, although the curvature of the horn core is a little different from what I usually see on cow/bison. Here's a picture of a young, but not newborn, bison next to a young adult.

yes Im leaning towards sheep or goat , juvenile I suspect. I think the curvature of the horn also sugests to me that it may not be bovid rich
