kirk
Went out to MM quarry in Belgrade last week. Found a small area with some errosion and found this great tooth. Has some damage to the lingual surface but the labial side is perfect. Has roots, tip, serrations and side cusps. Found this in the first 30 minutes and almost went home then. Stayed and found a another smaller C. angustidens and a handfull of other teeth.

sixgill pete
That is without a doubt one of the largest teeth I have seen from there. I think we may have met there several weeks back. I found a 2" or so angustidens that day.But it pales in comparison to that monster. kirk
OMG. That's a Super-Hero tooth! Mega congrats on such a rare find. Did you get any ground shots? Daryl. It was in a small cut partially hidden in the shade. Really did not realize what it was until I pulled it out. The above picture was after I caught my breath and before I stashed it in my truck. Being a small collecting area it has been hunted hard. Just lucked into a spot that was recently exposed.

Hemi-God
Yeah. Sorry about that. It's the result of a long day at work and a few Malibu rum drinks. I'm thinking that I meant SWEET. Either way, it's still a really nice tooth. .. *NOT an expert.I haven't a clue what I'm doing. But I'm loving every minute of it. ..
