Lmshoemaker
The siderite nodule was found last year. It's from the New Providence Shale Fm. I found it while lost on a hiking trail; I stopped on occasion to pick up small crinoid ossicles as they popped out of the ground, and then noticed a large egg shaped nodule. I had other nodules from this general area but they never had anything in them, just iron and mud. This marked the end of that! I turned over the nodule to notice a large bryozoan colony, it took me an hour or two to find my way out of the forestry (the trails were not marked and fallen trees blocked them off in areas), but since finding this nodule another area with siderite nodules has come open in the same park, during the summer I'll see if I can crack any. Oh yeah, sorry about the bird snarge on it.... The second is a crinoid holdfast (most likely from eucalyptocrinus) from the waldron shale formation. Interestingly it has attachment sites for three different stems, what's that all about? This doesn't appear to be a freak event either, I have a few more with multiple attachement sites. Edit: This uploader isn't working, as usual, flickr it is! squalicorax
The nodule looks to contain a nice specimen of a fenestrate bryozoan. My Flickr Page of My Collection: http://www.flickr.com/photos/79424101@N00/sets

Wrangellian
Never seen a bryozoan in a siderite nodule before - Always something new to see on TFF! Nice crinoid/holdfast too.
