jgcox Posted March 24, 2013 Share Posted March 24, 2013 Well April 1st we are heading out to the southwest to collect fossils and try to visit as many national parks as we can. We should arrive in Roswell, New Mexico on the 4th and head down to visit Carlsbad Caverns the 5th then back to Roswell and the Trinity Site on the 6th with a side visit to the Blanchard Rock Shop. then head up to the Petrified Forest and Meteor Crater then down to Strawberry, Arizona. Then the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce and the Grand Staircase on our way to Delta, Utah to visit U-Dig fossils. Question is any suggestions as to collection sites along our route?
