We don't have anything like that where I hunt. I'm from Ohio so neither do I, typically. Since posting I have broken open some of the marcasite nodules and found small to tiny gastropods or ammonites. Very unexpectedly (to me), several of these fossils were showing the decay process even though I had only just "released" them. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
