Fossildude19 Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 (edited) Looks to be a nice orthocone cephalopod. You can clearly see the siphuncle in the last pic. Possibly something like Spyroceras, if we are still dealing with the Middle Devonian. Was this found near the brachiopod plate you posted the other day? Regards, Edit: - Yup - that fixed it. No, the brachiopod plate was from upstate NY, and this one was found in Poland BTW, I just found out my brother (the one that gave me the brachiopod plate) has a huge one built right in his living room's wall!
