sixgill pete
I finally had the time to sift, clean and dry out some older Lee Creek matrix I was able to get my hands on. Last night I searched about a pint of the material and was rather pleased. The amount and condition of the teeth was very good. I plan on searching a fair amount of this, as it has been a while since I have gotten my hands on any quality matrix. Here are a few of my finds. The scale is in mm. the haul ....... Alopias sp. I believe, possibly vulpinus ..... RickNC
Looks like good stuff. I have buckets of the micro stuff ready to be looked at. Doubt I'll ever get through even half of it though.
siteseer
The first tooth looks like a Carcharhinus lower lateral-posterior and the second is Sphyrna. I'm leaning toward S. lewini.
