Bev
Ordovician. Galena Formation. SE MN. When I first picked this up, I thought geodized cephalopod. But the more I look at it, the more I wonder if I'm wrong. The edges look like teeth that remind me of a horn coral. And usually cephs are longer and don't come to a point, but of course not all. Or maybe it is a broken geode and not a fossil at all. What do you see? Thanks for taking the time to look! Bev The more I learn, I realize the less I know.
