Here are some in situ pics taken over the past couple of weeks while hunting sharks teeth in creeks near Summerville, SC. Hope you all enjoy!

Cool pics. I've seen a couple of videos of pulling teeth from the SC creeks and it looks like a lot of fun. A big change from the beach combing I am accustomed to.

Luck is the most important skill of a fossil diver.

Kind of fun to try and find the tooth. We all get used to our local material. Takes time to develop 'the eye'.

Great photos, I really enjoy the 'as found' shots.

I always try my best to catalog my better finds with their in situ pics. Serves as a great reference point and as an added bonus is it keeps my imagination (of the find) from going crazy.

Here's a lower GW that I found 2 Fridays ago.I'm hoping we get some rain this week so I can hit this spot again,it's been good to me for the past couple months but last time I went there was no rain and it was hard to hunt.I must have walked by this tooth about a month ago because I found 2 peccary teeth in the jaw literally 5 ft from this tooth on the same pile.I was so excited by the teeth in the jaw I missed this lol.

Thank you KKborch they're pretty rare down here but I've found two on that site so far.The other is an upper but only a little over an inch or so.
