Cole
Get her wet and take another shot Knowledge has three degrees-opinion, science, illumination. The means or instrument of the first is sense; of the second, dialectic; of the third, intuition. Wrangellian
I would guess plant, but beyond that I would not want to hazard a guess. Can you say where you found it? Location/formation info would probably help. Edited October 29, 2013 by Wrangellian
Plax
looks like some of that Catskill or Mauch Chunk (late Devonian?) plant material, not always well defined in the coarser sediment
Auspex
It has that Devonian sandstone look about it. jeremyh
Hi all sorry for the delay. Well I live in a valley carved about by glaciers, so lots of mixed rocks, sand, clay, ect. I found this on my property in Drums, Pennsylvania(Northeast PA). I have found bivalves and other plants in my yard before. Sorry about the pic, low quality but the best one I took.
