gturner333
I found both of these small bones at Post Oak Creek in Sherman, TX. The shape reminds me of a toe bone that I have seen in several books, but these are only about an inch long. Any thoughts as to what they may belong to? Maybe a rodent? BobWill
Don't know what they are but they're cool. Bring them tonight, somebody will know. Are they mineralized at all? Try the burn test.
gturner333
I tried the burn test and it didn't phase it at all. It didn't even leave a mark.
Suvi
Hi, did you ever get these identified? I found two similar if not same kind and very interested. Thanks, Suvi
