Thanks Mark. An interesting paper jointly authored by TFF member Richard Hulbert. I had donated a large Jaguar calcaneum to the UF Florida Research lab and during discussions of large cats, Richard communicated that there were very few sites and very few fossil remains of Smilodon found in the entire State of Florida (certainly less than 100).

A mandible with teeth is an amazing find.

Still more sites than are found in Georgia which so far is zero.
