aussiefossils Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 A tooth? Found around coastal cliff bay area Queensland, Australia, shiny like a tooth but is it?
Sélacien34 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) I think that is a pretty polished pebble Edited May 16, 2014 by Sélacien34
CH4ShotCaller Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) That's goona be tough to identify. It has characteristics of both pebble and bone/tooth. I found a lot of wave polished teeth and bones exactly like this... and a few agate type rocks too in South Carolina. squali Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 If it was from New Jersey (U.S.) I'd say it was a siderite concretion. It's hard to remember why you drained the swamp when your surrounded by alligators.
