two partial clam steinkerns are a possibility, one on left could be very worn and phosphatized agerostrea, one on right has also been borrowed, if the one on the right is actually a weathered and worn piece of shell the burrows could represent a sponge such as cliona, if you show a pic of the other sides it may help

Sorry, I'm not seeing anything in the first picture. There are many bits like this in Big Brook that are usually interpreted as fairly modern root casts: The heavy iron content of the sediment causes adherence of sand around buried roots that later weather out into the brook.

The other piece looks like the mold of a branching network of a bryozoan colony. I guess it could also be a burrow of some kind but that would be pretty hard to tell.
