paleozoicfish
Here is an odd shark from the cretaceous of Lebanon. It looks like something is sticking out of its mouth too. This is a fun piece, it is not the generic shark you generally see out of lebanon, so I cannot seem to ID it. Anyone have any ideas? I generally collect Paleozoic fish, so this really is not my area of expertise, nor main interest. Any and All help is appreciated! Also, I am willing to consider offers and trades since this is not my main area of interest. Thank you once again! HERE ARE THE PICS!

Pristiformes
It seems to look like a catshark of the family Schyiorhinidae to me, but it's hard enough for me to identify a whole preserved little shark much less a fossilized one! If it has its dermal denticles and/or teeth in the fossil they may help shed light on its identity. The little guys are always much harder to determine than larger species of sharks. Good luck! jason
