New Members Ontic Posted July 31, 2014 New Members Share Posted July 31, 2014 Hi, first time poster. I found this fossil at my granddads house when I was ~5. Recently came across it while cleaning. Could someone ID the species for me?
Auspex
It looks like a tiny crab. Where is it from? Mattalic
At first I thought it was a piece of a Trilobite - but I'll let the heavies chime in.

Fossildude19
I thought trilobite as well - possibly a piece of Triarthrus sp. Maybe a pygidium, or piece of thorax, and possibly ventrally preserved. Maybe Scott can clear this one up.
