Id Bone

I bought this bone many years ago from a seller expert on minerals but not on fossils (he didn't know anything about it)- The only information written on its label is about the geol. formation (Hell Creek Formation, Montana)- Have anyone some ideas about it? It's long roughly 9 3/4" - Thanks in advance

Yes, neural spine. I was going to say hadrosaur, but it can be tough to tell. I think it is too thin to be a ceratopsian. It is NOT T rex.

Hello Troodon- 2" is width, thickness is roughly 0,95" (in the center, more in the distal parts of the bone)- Ciao, Fabio

The thickness and rugose sides are more typical of the ceratopsian verts in my collection. My hadro vert spines are smooth and thinner. Without seeing it first hand it could be either but I'll stay with Ceratopsian. Its a herbivore.
